Shopping at the Harbour Market in the Espigón until September 29
To September 17, 2023, visitors and residents of Salou have a new attraction to enjoy summer nights by the sea: the Mercadillo del Espigón. It opens every day to offer various decoration products and accessories.
From January 26 to February 5, 2024, Salou will celebrate the Winter Festival
From January 26 to February 5, 2024, Salou is experiencing an intense Winter Festival with the novelty of the change of location of the Coso Blanco, the central and most representative event of the festival, which moves to Passeig Jaume I. More 70 events including concerts, music, theater, exhibitions, and children's and traditional activities to enjoy the Salou Winter Festival.
Great masters of painting, until December 10 at the Torre Vella
The Torre Vella de Salou hosts until next December 10 the most important pictorial exhibition of those that have passed through this site so far. The collection belongs to the Escolà family and can be visited for free from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sonia Toneu exhibition at Torre Vella until July 10
Until July 10, 2021, you can visit the Sonia Toneu exhibition “Territori (s)” at the Torre Vella in Salou. The sample presents some thirty works divided into 6 collections that explore the relationship between places, landscapes, feelings and the perception of others from abstract painting.
Exhibition of the painter Pere Galera in the Torre Vella
"God is in the House" is the pictorial exhibition by Pere Galera that will host the Torre Vella in Salou until May 29, 2021. In total there are 23 works that occupy the two rooms of the enclosure, in which the painter shows his work on the structure of the space and a process of continuous transformation of the same.

The renewal of the cycle lane of the Josep Carner street begins
The stretch of Carrer Josep Carner was between Carrer Major and the Paseo Jaume I presents these days a new aspect, since the City Council has decided to act on the red asphalt pavement indicated by the bike lane. The works affect an area of 373.75 square meters, where the refurbishing asphalt pavement has been adjusted, mainly the red bearing layer and the modification of the existing horizontal signaling.

The horizontal signage of the pedestrian areas of Carles Buïgas Avenue and Carrer Josep Carner de Salou has been renewed. This improvement coincides with the start of the season, when the increase in the population in the city is evident.

The appearance of the tourist offices of Salou will change in the coming months towards a more current and renewed corporate image. The remodeling work has begun in the Plaza Europa office and it is expected that the Jaume I Paseo tourist information point will be remodeled this autumn.
