The Rambla de Barenys, a new space to stroll and enjoy Salou
With the inauguration of the Rambla de Barenys, Salou has gained a new space of almost 3,500 square metres so that residents and visitors can stroll and enjoy the capital of the Costa Daurada. In addition, it completes one of the most necessary projects for the municipality: the channelling of the ravine that for years has caused flooding in this area of Salou.

Salou, a destination of excellence for family tourism HOLA Família!
Salou has been awarded the certificate of family tourism destination “HOLA Família!” by the Catalan Tourism Agency, which recognises the excellence of the municipality's tourist offer, especially aimed at families. So much so that Salou meets 86% of the required requirements (31 out of 36), which makes the capital of the Costa Dorada one of the best family tourism destinations in the Mediterranean.
Tourist train of Salou

This 2024 the proposal is a unique exhibition of 10 sculptures that reproduce leatherback turtles that, in turn, have been decorated by many other painters and illustrators.
