The 6 restaurants Sol Repsol, Experts of the Associació d’Hostaleria

The Sol Repsol and Michelin stars of the AEHT Council of Experts

The 6 restaurants in the province of Tarragona recognized with the Sol Repsol are already part of the Council of Experts of the Association d'Empresaris d'Hostaleria of the province (AEHT). In fact, Ana Ruiz, of the AQ Restaurant, and Joan Gómez, of the Miramar Restaurant have been incorporated, since the rest of the members were already part of the fact that they were also Michelin stars: Juan Bosch de Can Bosch, Diego Campos de El Rincon de Diego, Jeroni Castell of Les Moles and Fran Lopez of Villa Retiro The director of the Escola d'Hoteleria i Turisme de Cambrils completes the Council's sextet.

The AEHT constituted the Council of Experts in 2018 with the objective of bringing together professionals of the sector recognized for their trajectory and experience that, thanks to their knowledge, became a reference and a reason of pride of belonging to the association for the 600 members that integrate it.

In the formal act of delivering the kitchen jacket that accredits them as new members of the Council of Experts, the president of the AEHT, Francesc Pintado, has highlighted the importance of expanding this organ of the entity and thanked Repsol for its commitment to Quality cuisine of the demarcation.

Sols Repsol are the prestigious distinctions granted by the company to the best restaurants and chefs in the country, as Josep Bertran, director of Communication and External Relations at Repsol in Tarragona, recalled.
