Festast promoting the candidacy of the Catalan cuisine as UNESCO heritage




Tortosa. Terres de l'Ebre. February 16, 2013. As part of the event exclusively for professionals who will be the last day of 2013 Festast, Monday, March 11, will have a role and shows a series of events related to the initiative Catalan Cuisine Heritage, UNESCO 2014 Nomination . This campaign is sponsored by the Foundation Catalan Institute of Culinary Cuisine and Culture, which includes both the Mark Catalan cuisine which can adhere to those establishments which have a certain number of dishes from the menu-based Corpus of prescriptions covered by the Catalan cuisine. This initiative also has the support of the same Government of Catalonia, organizations, institutions, professionals as well as consumers and individuals. Through the collaboration of the Foundation and Fair Prodeca Tortosa, working as part of the 2013 Symposium professional Festast host the presentation of this project professionals and exhibitors, cooking demonstrations with recipes from the kitchen of Corpus Catalan, as well as the act of supporting formal restaurant associations, institutions and appellations of origin of products Terres de l'Ebre. In addition, the Foundation Catalan Institute of Cuisine will make a stand to spread and get signatures of visitors Festast 2013 from 8 to 11 March.
