The Salou beach sports zone, located on the Llevant beach, opposite the monument of Jaume I, offers daily, free of charge and until August 31, from Monday to Saturday, directed classes of gym (10:15 a 11 : 00 hours) of aerobics (11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and of zumba on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition, Sundays from 11: 15 to 12 will be directed belly dancing sessions.
In addition to the guided classes, there are pétanque courts, bowling, chess tables, tennis courts, playgrounds, volleyball courts, shovels, corfbol; a sports court for a soccer court, another basketball court, and a fitness and cardiovascular zone with a monitoring service.
On the other hand, in this same space on the Levante beach, there is also the services, until August 31, of a Children's Beach Club, a playground of 200 square meters, Host hours for children to enjoy various activities: games, play library, etc., and which has qualified instructors. The prices are the following: 1 hour are 3.10 euros; 2 hours are 5.10 euros; and 3 hours are 7.45 euros. The maximum duration is 3 hours. Tickets can be purchased at the beach gym facilities.
Both the beach sports area and the children's club will run between July 1 and August 31, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the sports area, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the children's club.
