Cambrils, country of gastronomy and wine in Costa Dorada

Cambrils. Costa Dorada. 09 October 2013. Cambrils host from 11 to 13 October, the fourth edition of ' Cambrils , gateway to wine country ' a show that aims to raise awareness of the wine and Appellations of Origin of the Tarragona and cambrilense gastronomy .
In this event, to be held at Fisherman's Park Cambrils, twelve participating wineries of the different denominations of origin in the province of Tarragona , 29 restaurants offering tapas and tastings , four companies of the food sector and , for the first time , Cambrils 6 different sectors of the pastry , ice cream and creative crafts that offer tastings sweets.
Tastings at 5 euros
Visitors ' Cambrils , entrance to wine country ' may buy ticketing tasting at the price of five dollars and know some of the wines and culinary specialties will be served during the three days of the show. In past editions , ' Cambrils , entrance to wine country ' has been assisted by between 3,500 and 4,000 people who made 8,000 wine tastings and tastings 5,500
' Cambrils , gateway to wine country ' open doors on Friday October 11th from 17h to 21h and Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 from 11am to 14h and 17h to 21h. During the three days there will be tastings guided by the Catalan Association of Sommeliers , where every day you can taste 5 wines from different wineries participating . Children's cooking workshops
' Cambrils , gateway to wine country ' will also offer smaller a cooking workshop consists of a large and attractive kitchen shaped structure where children can explore and develop their culinary arts as varied as meals prepared cakes sweets, or mini chocolate lollipops sweet and savory croissants . There will also be a set of 12 traditional games made of wood and giant dimensions for all tastes and all ages, including the four in a row , the memory , the game of the goose , fishing games and other games to develop wit , memory and skill.
Meanwhile, the Agricultural Cooperative of Cambrils offer a guided tasting of oils on Saturday at 12pm on stage at Fisherman's Park , and on Sunday at 12 pm there will be a demonstration of how to make fisherman style noodles , by Salvador ex- fisherman Pujals .
