New Soletes join the Repsol Guide
A total of 3 establishments in Salou have joined the Repsol Guide as Soletes in 2024, which must be added to the 4 that already had this recognition previously. This distinction recognizes restaurants, bars, terraces, cafes or pastry shops that offer quality products, prepared with culinary wisdom and good craftsmanship.

The 6 restaurants in the province of Tarragona recognized with the Sol Repsol are already part of the Council of Experts of the Associació d'Empresaris d'Hostaleria of the province (AEHT). They are Ana Ruiz, from the AQ Restaurant, Joan Gómez, from the Miramar Restaurant, and the 4 Michelin stars of the demarcation: Juan Bosch from Can Bosch, Diego Campos from El Rincón de Diego, Jeroni Castell from Les Moles and Fran Lopez from Villa Retiro.
