This Sunday Salou will move to the rhythm of Sardana

Salou. Costa Dorada. This Weekend Salou host the Congregation of St. Martin twentieth year by the Association Sardanista Counterpoint of Waves. The gathering will be held at Municipal Park in Salou and will also have lunch, and aims to show those living traditions that form our identity. This is why the gathering makes an appearance as the Catalan tradition and salouenca as sardanas party intimacy that makes living culture of the town twinning it with the rest of Catalonia. The mayor of Salou, Pedro Granados, explained: "The pilgrimage is a special day for Salou which shows its markedly Catalan and Mediterranean flair, but the sardana is also the popular spirit of brotherhood, coexistence and solidarity while the mood and atmosphere of open arms to other towns and cities. " The gathering will be brightened by the groups: Reus Jove, Mediterana and Sant Jordi Barcelona. The events begin at 10.30 am and continue through 4.30 pm, performing such varied topics as: a large gathering, alimara, brothers of blood, ties of friendship, celebration of 50 years, six seven, a Catalan Lyon, among many other topics.
