Salou host a workshop on the Botillo del Bierzo

Salou. Costa Dorada. The Association of Bercianos in Catalonia (ASOBECAT) celebrates this coming December 3, 2011 at the Festival Botillo Salou, this is the first event of Bierzo in Salou, although the association has long been exported this tradition culinary Catalonia. The festival will be held at the Yacht Club Botillo the town from two in the afternoon on Saturday. It is a gastronomic event open to anyone who wants to taste the dish at a price of 35 euros. The event will be attended by the mayor of Salou, the Councillor for Culture and the artist honored this year, writer and poet Gustavo Vega Mansilla visual Berciano, among other authorities. Participants can sample a menu dominated by the sausage king accompanied by wines of Bierzo and desserts typical of the region. There will also be children's menu.
