Reus. Centro de Lectura. Provincial meetings on Weather forecasting.   7pm   It will be analyzed the current situation and future network will be presented for observation and monitoring criteria to unify information provided by the observers and, finally, a weather observer will make a statement on his personal experience in activities related to the world aspects of meteorology at the margins of daily observation, including photography of weather phenomena, the restoration of old meteorological equipment, the implementation of regional networks of amateur observers.   Lecturer: Mr. Joan Maria Boronat  Xarxa d’Observadors Meteorològics de l’Alt Camp
